How It Works

Getting started with Stitch Fix is easy. Simply create an account, complete our Style Profile, and schedule your first Fix. The Style Profile helps us understand your size, fit, and style preferences. You can also provide specific notes and requests to help guide our stylists.

Once your Style Profile is complete, our stylists handpick five items based on your preferences and send them directly to your home. Try on the items at your leisure, and keep what you love. Return the rest in a pre-paid envelope provided in your Fix. You only pay for what you keep, and the $20 styling fee can be applied as a credit toward your purchase.
